How to upgrade from 19.1 to 19.2?
Due to an update breaking my 18.3 installation a few weeks ago, I did a fresh install of 19.1. Right on the heals of that, 19.2 came out. Where is the howto for upgrading from 19.1 to the new 19.2? I don't see an option in Update Manager to do it, yet.

Nvidia + Touchpad still freezes on 17.3
Not sure where I read it, but I somehow thought I read this problem was going to be fixed in 17.3. But this continues to happen. I see Xorg is still 1.15. How can I upgrade to Xorg 1.17 that has the fixes for this? Oh, and we're using the latest proprietary driver from nvidia that is in the reposito...

Re: Update manager, software repository stop working after 1
How is this a fix?
Someone please tell me why I had to remove these? The repo's are still there on the web. Why are they broken for us?

Re: Update manager, software repository stop working after 1
So did my daily updates last night (running Mint 7.2 Cin - upgraded from 7.0 to 7.1 to 7.2)... 7.2 has been good for over a week, by the way. But this morning, I see that updater was having errors with the external repositories I had enabled. Not just one, but all 3. steam: deb [arch=amd64,i386] htt...

Re: [SOLVED] Virtualbox Guest Internet Access not working
I posted this reply the first time a week ago, but it seems it never showed up. The problem with NAT (at least for me) was that the vm machines weren't getting their DNS assigned from Virtualbox's DHCP service. The clients got IP's and routes, they just never got DNS. I suspect it has something to d...
