KDE 4.8.* backports

Couple of days ago (May 4) the KDE 4.8.3 had been released, and update for Kubuntu 12.04 became available at the same day. But, unfortunately, the backport for Kubuntu 11.10 / Mint 12 KDE is not available until now. Previous minor releases (4.8.1 and 4.8.2) were available in backports next day after release.
Could we hope, that backport of KDE 4.8.3 will be available for Kubuntu 11.10 / Mint 12 KDE, or Canonical stopped making these backports after releasing 12.04 ?
