Dropbox Installation Experience

I'm running Mint 12 KDE 64 bit.
Installation of Dropbox from the .deb package downloaded from the Dropbox site could not install Dropbox successfully.
However, installation could be successfully accomplished by running the commands in the Terminal, which are given in the Dropbox website, including the daemon.
Hoping that this helps those who find the installation of the Dropbox problematic.

I don't undertand. I install dropbox many times.
