bluetooth mouse problem

Postby pfd9100 on Wed Jul 18, 2012 3:13 pm

Fresh install on my Dell M4400 with a dell bluetooth.
Has one of those broadcom wireless cards that give an issue.
Installation the bluetooth mouse verifyed and worked fine for a day, but as expected the wireless did not, it would connect after installing the correct firmware then disconnect and would require resetting the card.
After an update yesterday the wireless now works perfectly but the bluetooth mouse does not. It will keep asking to verify and trust but never works. If I move it around alot it shows on the icon it is connect but will not work. If you bring up the bluedevil menu and mouse over the bluetooth item listed there is says there are "No Supported Services Found"
Cant find anything in dmesg. Doesnt not seem to be the same thing as any of the old bugs from a few releases ago?

any ideas?

(Logitech Bluetooth Travel Mouse)

Oh yes it does work fine if I reboot into the live DVD that I used to install from...

Thanks.
