(SOLVED)Error code 141 during install

Did a forum search first , during install once language and keyboard are selected the process hangs then gives an error something something " error code 141" unable to complete install ,it is kde 13,any ideas ? Thanks

so to update I switched to an old ide hard drive,installation went without a hitch,wonder why
