sftp in Dolphin

I am trying to connect to ssh from dolphin, but neither fish://server neither sftp://server works. I am able to connect from mc, but it would be nice to make dolphin connect also.
When I try fish://sever it says: "could not enter folder fish://server/.
For sftp://server error is: "Unable to request the SFTP subsystem. Make sure SFTP is enabled on the server".
Mint KDE 13 x64

I've found that

in Dolphin is working. And

ssh server.org

in terminal is also working, but

fish://server.org

in Dolphin is not working:

http://raftaman.net/?p=1306 says this is because there is no perl on remote server. Yes, there is no. And there is no way to install it there, may i still mount ssh in Dolphin?
