System Tray Problem

Hi guys. Programs that i minimized to tray dont show up in system tray. What can i do about that ?

right click on bottom panel.
Click add widget
scroll over to "task manager" and double-click it

i already got system tray but none off my programs like rhythmbox shown at tray except that kaffeine and vlc

system tray is different to task manager.
some programmes which are running also show an icon in the system tray

i have task manager too. My problem is not with task manager. My problem is some programs doesn't shown in tray when i minimized to tray.
