Qiime for LM13

Newbie to linux... but could somone help me figure out how to install the bioinformatics tool set "Qiime" for LM13 KDE ?

I can see Ubunto 12.04 LTS is supported.. but when I run the sudo get-apt ... it throws errors at me.
