[playonlinux] details of "install packages"

hey everyone i am having trouble finding details on some of these packages. in playonlinux, with an application selected go to configure> install p-ackages. i know what the d3d.... packages are, and some of the others too. but i need a list of simple details about each one if it is not to much trouble. i have tried to google it, and also looked on the playonlinux sight. thankyou for any help you all can give.
