Krunner not searching correctly

Krunner is not searching files correctly using the nepomuk desktop search runner.

When I search for something in it it doesn't come up (though often a list of seemingly unconnected pdf files do, strangely) even though if I search for the same thing in dolphin file search it is found.

I'm using linux Mint 14 KDE, 64-bit.

I am sometimes finding that shortly after login a popup comes up saying 'the login keyring was not fully unlocked on login, please enter your password to unlock' (or something like that), I don't know if that could be related.
