Parallels workstation not working in Linuxmint 14 KDE Nadia

Ok so for some reason When i try to install Parallels workstation on Linuxmint 14 Nadia KDE version, it gives me error in the end and doesn't install, I did some googling and could find much but on some forum some guy said its able to work in Linuxmint 13 Maya KDE version and i tried installing it on Linuxmint 13 Maya KDE and it worked!!

Could you tell why its not working on Linuxmint 14?

Is there a way around?

Plz help
