As the subject tells: I want the +sign to mark files and folders in Dolphin back..

How is that done? I have changed the system to one click to open files, folders etc now i want the +sign to mark files/folders in dolphin back is that possible? And how?

Why not? Explore more Dolphin > Settings > Configure Dolphin > General (category in the list on the left) > Show selection marker.
