Android Device - MTP Support on KDE {SOLVED}

Postby anandrkris on Tue Aug 20, 2013 8:43 am

After good amount of searching found the below package and now am able to connect to my Sony Ericsson phone and transfer files using Dolphin.
Interestingly, Amarok also seem to play well with the device on MTP support. Need to explore more on this and see if I can manage music better....

I will try this and if it works I will be overjoyed. I have yet to be able to reliable connect my Android phone (running Cyanogenmod 10.2) to any GNU/Linux computer.
Copy.com offers 15 GB free cloud storage plus 5 GB extra for both of us when you use my referral link and install the client. :)
