Keyboard and mouse problem *solved*

I can't find where to edit mouse/cursor or keyboard options anywhere. Can someone point it out for me?

For the KDE desktop, in the menus click on System Settings and then click on Peripherals, then click on Mouse.

Should be under "Keyboard" and "Mouse" in the Control Center in Gnome.
The Cursor theme is located in Appearance Preferences if you customize

EDIT: And I never check what forum section im in when checking active topics.......oops. disregard..
