[Solved] Disable Start-up Sound?

I know this is silly, but I can't figure out how to do this in the RC. It's fairly easy in Gnome; I just don't see the option anymore in any of the available Settings menus.

Kmint Button | Applications | Settngs | System Settings

Then under Look & Feel | Notitifications

Select KDE System notifications

Then Login.... disable or change it
