OpenOffice Tools/Info missing...

Post by wassm. »

Hi,
i installed on my Thinkpad R61 Mint 9 KDE 64 Bit. Using OpenOffice i see that there are missing infos and options in bottom openoffice panel (see picture). It doesn´t work on my R400 too. Is this some bug?

I'm not sure, I don't normally use OOo. But when I tried to check. OOo appears to be borked on my system. If I try to run any of the OOo apps, I get the following output from Konsole:
james@MintPC ~ $ ooffice -impress
james@MintPC ~ $ X-Error: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)
Major opcode: 62 (X_CopyArea)
Resource ID: 0x0
Serial No: 1034 (1034)
These errors are reported asynchronously,
set environment variable SAL_SYNCHRONIZE to 1 to help debugging
No idea what this could mean. Any ideas?
