Ghost item on the taskbar of Mint 12 KDE

unfortunately, the Mint 12 KDE has the same problem of Kubuntu. There is a ghost item of the closed window on the taskbar: after the window closed, the taskbar item will not disappear accordingly.

Is there any fixation for this?

That seems to be a KDE issue... I've noticed it in several distros. The "ghost item" goes away (for me at least) if you simply click on the main menu button. A minor annoyance, but not too serious. If anyone knows how to stop this happening at all, I'd love to hear it.
