hi everybody, my most used distro linux is Linux Mint 4 daryna...
now I want to install the KDE CE, so I downloaded the dvd, I burned it and launched as liveCD... but when I double click on the Install button, the only thing I can see is the daryna logo bouncing under the mouse cursor for a few seconds and nothing else...
this is appening on 2 notebooks a sony vaio s2vp and an acer ferrari 4005 wlmi (where is installed the gnome versione of daryna 4)...
what shall I do?

This could actually be a bad DVD even if you manage to boot the live DVD
Did you check the md5sum and burned slow?

md5sum checked, burned with nero burning and data verify was ok!

can you install on a Virtual Machine ofanykind?
VM Ware, Virtual Box, Virtual PC ...
