Not sure about adding icons/apps to AWN but to add them to your panel..open up appfinder under acessories..
then right click on your panel and add new item and choose Launcher..then just drag and drop items from appfinder to
Launcher..and the icons can be found in /usr/share/pixmap or /usr/share/icons..
Will have to install AWN and play around with it..when I tried DreamLinux it had that AWN installed
by default..and it really slowed my system down..but will try it on mint xfce and see
Edit: well I installed it and could not figure out away to add icons/apps to it either..
and it really laged out my system..I will have no part of that laggy mess on my PC
It really is just for looks I guess..I cant see use for it..the panel works fine for me..
and you can just install a nice theme for looks and it wont slow your system down like that thing does..
