I installed Linux Mint Xfec with LinuxLive USB Creator in persistant mode.
Therefore I didn't go through the setup process.
How do I change the time zone?

Edit your /etc/timezone

For example:

In /usr/share/zoneinfo you can find what you are looking for (country/city)
