The Welcome Screen of XFCE Mint stays on top of other windows.
I want it to behave as it did in Fluxbox Mint, which is always below other windows, as that behaviour fits my purpose of keeping the Welcome Screen as wallpaper.
Could somebody please advise how to get that done?
