Cant use ctrl, delete, and left right arrow key

Hi guys,

I have a problem. I have an asus netbook 1225b and currently running mint 13 xfce.
Not long time ago my ctrl, delete, and left right arrow keyboard key become unresponsive (only this keys).

My system is dual boot with win 7, and the keyboard keys work perfectly in windows.
I read somewhere that this maybe caused by the dual boot. So I partitioned the system and clean install mint 13 xfce as my only OS,

But apparently the problem is still there, my ctrl, delete, and left right arrow keyboard key stil does nothing when I press them.

Any one have suggestions?

Did keys use to work in XFCE?

try 'XEV'
see if hitting keys give a keycode. If so probably driver or keyboard 'language' got selected wrong.
