window left Icon posiction ( minumize, maximize, close)

Hi all,
i have installed mint 14 xfce,
when i uso gtk windows manager is all ok, the icons of window (minimize maxmimze etc) are in right posiction
but when i switch compiz, the icons go in left posiction,


i have tried to install gconf-editor, change the setting but whitout result
where can i change this setting??
