Hm. The 2 commands that I posted are the same commands that I used to bring my Mint 13 32-bit Cinnamon from K3.2.0-23 to K.3.5.0-xx (where I do not remember the exact build number, would have to look it up). As this succeeded on my Mint 13 this does not support the hypothesis that Mint 13 were incomplete compared to Ubuntu 12.04.jdsmofo wrote:I think that the problem is that the Linux Mint repos hold back some versions from the usual Ubuntu fork.
