Not sure if this is a bug or a problem that I'm causing by altering settings, but I am finding that from time to time (unning XFCE 6 RC1) that the bar containing the Minimise/Restore/Maximise buttons at the top of applications is not there. If I reboot, it reappears. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks.

This is generally caused by changing themes and Compiz together - but then it's not temporary....
Are the windows maximised?
In Firefox if you press F11 this happens
