the default theme of the nubuntu (seen here in the screenshot), also for fluxbuntu bassed on ubuntu dapper, is called choke and it could be downloaded from here: http://www.tenr.de/files/fluxboxstyles_ ... ke.tar.bz2

for the rest just play with the transparency tool
