Elyssa Fluxbox CE RC1 splashscreen issue

I just installed Elyssa Fluxbox RC1, no problems with installation, but one issue with the splash/startup screen. It is not centered on my screen, in fact a good portion of it, is outside the viewable area, once I get to login screen, it straightens itself out with correct resolution. Any way I can fix this?

There is a fix in the "How To" section of the forum. Sorry I can not remember it off the top of my head but the fix is there and it is pretty easy.

I used 800x600 as the value with the machine I was having trouble on.

okay, i got the splash screen centered, but the grub menu screen is still hanging off the side of the monitor, almost half of it is cut off., It's more of a nuisance than anything...
