Ugly desktop Icon

Can some one help me how to remove the horrible and useless desktop icon .
I use the latest fluxbox mind edition .

Double clicking it opens home
But that's all I know

~/.idesktop has the file you want.
You can change the icon and add more launchers on the desktop if you want.
If you want to have no icons on the desktop then edit ~/.fluxbox/startup
Change:

Code: Select all

idesk &

to

Code: Select all

#idesk &

Save and log out and then back in.

I found the way to remove the icon and learn something more .
ps: it's fast and wonderful distro Fluxbox ce
