Is there a way to manually edit the entries in the fluxbox menu ??

Yeah. Open .fluxbox/menu with your text editor of choice, and go to town on it. The syntax is pretty easy to understand, but if you want a helping hand, head on over to the fluxbox wiki, and do a search for editing the fluxbox menu.
