Fluxbox CE mega-large fonts

Looks like the new Fluxbox CE is not detecting the graphics card properly in my Toshiba notebook with an intel graphics catd built in.
Once I boot the Live CD the font is so large that a menu item, one or two words, will take up half the screen width.

Have you tried running the Live CD in Compatibility Mode ? When the Live CD is counting down the seconds, hit the spacebar, and then arrow down -> enter.
