Window Controls ? Keybinds

I love the new look,Tint is so nice and clean looking.

Heres my problem of the moment,After updating and installing softwares ,Kolour Paint,ffmpegthumbnailer,Totem Gstreamer and fluxconfig for keybinding i seem to have lost the ability to move my windows around the desktop.
The maximize/Minimize and Off still work,But dragging wont work.

Is there a setting somewere to turn this back on ?
Or did an update or an installed software screw it up ?

I found the issue,Fluxconfig is the problem,Once i decided to use this program for keybinding,Thats when the window controls stopped working,,I reinstalled and tried it again,Had the same problem,So on my third and hopefully last install i didnt install fluxconfig,Installed all my favorite softwares and updated everything all with out that issue.

Now ill have to find a way to keybind with out the flux gui.

Keybinding in Mint Flux is quite simple.

To find the file go into Thunar ,click ctrl-h to show hidden files.
Then, fluxbox/keys.
From there the text is easy to configure.
Heres my Keybind script.
After keybinding i would have to restart fluxbox in the main menu.
system tool/fluxbox/restart fluxbox, from there the keybind should work.
Things to know,,Mod1 is the alt key,,Mod4 is the Windows key or Super Key.
