Not suspend not reboot....

I installed the new mint-fluxbox, graphically perfect, I have one problem with the menu. In Exit menu, there are various items (ends session,suspend .....) but not all work! It only works closed session and stops the other not ...

With mint-lxde works perfectly .... so not a hardware problem but maybe the menu ...

ok your video hardware is intel , it should work .

- try reinstalling the X.Org X server -- Intel package .. is it ending 11 ??

No it does not work that way. The strange thing is with Mint-lxde everything worked perfectly ... maybe it's a bug of menu-Mint Fluxbox?

The command that is run to suspend and hibernate is:

Code: Select all

pmi action sleep
pmi action hibernate

Try running those commands as root from terminal and see if your machine suspends and hibernates.

For some reason I had not installed the package. I solved installing.

# Pmi action sleep
The "pmi" is not currently installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install powermanagement-interface
