Can't change pseudo-transparency settings back

I had turned on pesudo-transparency and played with the menu settings. now I can't change it back or turn off transparency. I am running it in VBox if that makes any diff. everything else seems ok.

I spoke too soon maybe. it seems whatever style I choose doesn't stick through reboots. or is it suppose to?

If all else fails, replace your own ~/.fluxbox/init file with the default one in /etc/skel/.fluxbox/init

thanks shane, I actually figured out somehow my user init file was locked. I unlocked it and all was well, except now, although I have unfocused windows set to be 50%, they don't change. oh well.

Just overwrite the files in ~/.fluxbox with the ones from /etc/skel/.fluxbox

thanks again shane. I'm still not getting exactly what i want but am getting closer. I installed xcompmgr to add to things a bit. I posted a screenshot somewhere... think it was in the screenshot thread lol
