install mint-x-theme in fluxbox?

running linux mint 9 fluxbox and thought I might like the look of Mint 10. First I looked in synaptic for mint-x-icons & mint-x-theme but neither showed even though I have romeo enabled. I found a post here with .deb files for both but only the icons installed. the theme said it was missing dependencies although it didn't mention which ones.

can I install mint-x-theme in fluxbox 9 and if so, how?
