Tint2 question - choosing windows to show in taskbar

I had mentioned this in another post, but I thought that I oughta make it its own thread. I have figured out how to autotab Thunar windows, but now I only want one instance of Thunar to show up in Tint2 because if I have multiple Thunar windows open in Tint2, it just gets cluttered. Is this even possible? Thanks.

Yeah, I've been on every conceivable tint2 website that I can find, and I don't see how to do it.
