New IRC Channel Operators

We appointed some new IRC Channel operators
tdockery97,Vincent Vermeulen and zerozero were already Global Moderators on the forum and agreed to take on the extra role
They are joined by Rusty1_64 who has been providing tech support in IRC for a long time
Congratulations to all of you and all the best in your new roles
