I am full of admiration for the work of you and your team. What a great distro!!

Phil,

in your /etc/apt/sources.list

--> you're still pointing at amarok-144 .. change that to 145 then update/upgrade.

"The Cassandra Syndrome is a term applied to those whose predictions of doom are initially dismissed, but later turn out to be correct."

That is funny! Are you trying to tell us something Clem?

Hey, I'd like to thank the awesome people who made this distro, "It Rocks!"

I've finally been able to fully shift into a full-time Linux mode. Each time I've tried before it became too frustrating. I've learned quite a bit each time, and this distro really helped! It's an awesome feeling!

I have a question about upgrading from Beta 014 to Bianca Stable. I followed the procedures posted and all went well, but I think the only thing actually upgraded was Amarok.

Is there someway to see if Bianca was upgraded?

When I did the 'apt update' and 'apt upgrade' it showed only 1 upgrade available. It was something called 'slocate'

Amarok shows itself as being version 1.45 though, so I guess it has been upgraded.

"slocate" is an ubuntu secure replacement of findutil's locate.
Not in connection with the upgrading of Bianca.
If you followed the Wiki instructions, you are surely upgraded :)
