I've just installed Mint 8 xfce (previously I had xubuntu 9.10) and my system gained a lot in responsiveness!!
Also Mint looks beautiful!! Good job

Just wanted to follow-up my previous post by noting that someone has posted to the thread I had started at viewtopic.php?f=157&t=46264 stating that both the LXDE as well as Fluxbox editions of Mint 8 do indeed come with Chestnut Dialer installed by default.
