I wanted to say thanks for putting this LM Fluxbox edition together!

I've got it installed on a persistent USB to boot up into my ZaReason Teo netbook and am really enjoying it. Very sharp looking!

Thanks again!

Thanks for this beautiful work. I`ve used Openbox with Crunchbang, its too simple and minimalistic. Fluxbox it`s a very little hard to tune, but the final result is elegant, functional and beauty. My favorite WM. Whenever you got questions about Fluxbox, i`m glad to help.

I have the same question. What is so significant about fluxbox?

Hi, everybody. I tried to find answer via Google, but I can't, so I hope that you can answer me. Which is lighter- Mint LXDE or Mint fluxbox. I have a laptop Compaq evo n600c and I try to find the lightest distro for it.

I'm a big fan of this release! Check out my quick and dirty review

Great performance, and love the clean styling as always from the Mint team.

While I am really, really happy that Fluxbox (and XFce) editions are out because I am a big fan of the lightweight WM, I am not going to jump on these because I am still so happy with the LXDE.

I think all the work that goes into these is great and, at times, under appreciated, (and I *should* get involved and help out) so Thanks!

I may spin them up in VBox this weekend or so.

This is by no means a disrespect for Ubuntu. It was and still is the most valuable contribution to the knowledge of Gnu-Linux.
But there is no reason to become “fixed” with Big-Brother as long as brothers are family.
There are reasons to move along http://www.verkaufenedhardy.com/ed-hard ... ttoms.html and keep distros light though functional. That seems to be the most relevant aspect of recent history, and a good one not to be overlooked under the temporary relations created. These were welcome but not mandatory.
