That's great exploder! I sent it to family in Michigan, one that has a business - computer and software support. There are apparently people that are showing interested in Linux and this family member is preparing himself to be ready for those customers as well. Now of course my hopes are that he will see how good Mint is and that it will prompt him to promote Linux Mint and grow more of a customer base.

So finally...
Here is the Swedish translation ready for prof reading - Rev 7

Swedish:
Jag vore tacksam om så många som möjligt kunde läsa den och leta stavfel och andra galenskaper, syftningsfel och andra hemskheter.
Ovan är en länk till PDF-filen, ODT'n var för stor att ladda upp med MintUpload... (24,5 MB)

English translation:
I would be grateful if as many (Swedish reading) ;) as possible would read it in search for spelling errors, and other mishaps!
The above link is to the PDF file, since the ODT-file was to big for MintUpload... (24,5 MB)

While translating to Italian, I think I found a mistake in a sentence. @ page 79,

Code: Select all

"Now click on some other part of the document to move the cursor somewhere else, and click on the middle button of your mouse (...) the text you previously selected has now been pasted."
should be:

Code: Select all

"Now move the cursor on some other part of the document, and click on the middle button of your mouse (...) the text you previously selected has now been pasted."
In OpenOffice, if you select text, then left-click to move the cursor, then middle-click to paste, you only get a "partial" paste. You must select and then just middle-click in the point where you want to paste.

I think instead of showing people how to use Manual partitioning, you should go through the three options. Most Windows users will likely want to just resize.

Hi!
I've been using Mint for a few months, and am expecting Elyssa with much impatience! This is my first contribution here, so let me say thank you very much for your work!

My (small) contribution: I uploaded the user guide on calameo.com. I had to resize it to be readable online without eagle eyes, but the content is the same.
The site is in french only for the moment, but English version is expected soon.

I'm ready to do the same with french version once it is available.

The User Guide online:
