LXDE keyboard configuration

Hi,

I am trying to reproduce the keyboard layout that I used in GNOME and in Cinnamon in LXDE. Basically, this what my setup:
[*]CapsLock was disabled
[*]I used Shift-CapsLock to switch from French to English layout
[*]Tapping the mousepad was disabled

There isn't a tool to do that in LXDE so how do I configure this manually to get it working every time I log in?
