After a reboot, when I right click, the Fluxbox Menu doesn't appear. When I open a window using Launchy or Alt-F2 and left-click inside, it rolls up and when i right click, it shows windows management options on its upper-left area.

I tested the mouse inside XP which is also installed on the same desktop and its working.

Any solutions?

Open this file ~/.fluxbox/keys. It is a hidden folder so you may need to press Ctrl+H to see it in the File Manager. Then look for this line and make sure it is as follows:

OnDesktop Mouse3 :RootMenu

Here's what's inside my keys files. There seems to be no problem with ondesktop mouse3.

Hmm fluxkeys... My experience with fluxkeys in the the past has always been bad. It corrupts the config files all the time. Same goes for the menu editor. Simply editing the config files is simple and straight forward. This is my recommendation.

Replace your keys file with the one found in /etc/skel/.fluxbox/keys. That is the default one. See if that works... If it does, drop the broken GUI tools. Text editor on config files is the way to go.

It's definitely been mangled by fluxkeys...
