[Solved] LM 12 move top bar to bottom

I did everything listed above and have it at the bottom but it isn't all the way to the bottom. Can the panel be widened?

Sorry (I only speak Spanish), what do you mean with "all the way to the bottom"?
Perhaps something like a "gap" between the panel and the screen border?
Can you post a screen capture?

I got it all the way to the bottom now. For some reason, it did not go all the way to the bottom after I restarted gnome shell but I shut the extension off and back on and it is now where it should be. Thank you

This is looking pretty good !
Unfortunately I am , at present stuck on Mint 11 as Mint 12 will not run on my machine ( Dual HD 6870 Radeons being the cause - "radeon" driver causes the top card to over heat badly and FGLRX is just plain broken for Gnome 3 ) . As soon as (if ????) they can get a working driver for my cards I will test this out as it looks to make Gnome 3 into a usable desktop .
I know that I am wanting a lot ! But here's to wishful thinking
