Problems with Adobe Flashplayer

The video's I watch on youtube are all choppy and when I fullscreen, the player options dissapper and freezes for like 20 seconds till it exists. Help?

Try disable hardware acceleration in Firefox option

Open Firefox
Edit>preferences>advance-general
uncheck use hardware acceleration when available

If you are wacthing your video in your PC and has same problem in full screen , try open the video with VLC. change VLC setting :
tool>preferences>video. uncheck accelerated video output(overlay)

it is not there

Are you using firefox :?:
I never used fluxbox , but i think firefox setting will be same with firefox in gnome.

Here are the options it gives me

Accessibility

[]Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages
[]Search for text when I start typing
[]Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload a page

Browsing

[]Use auto scrolling
[]Use smooth scrolling
[/]Check my spelling as I type

System Defaults

[]Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser (check now button)
[/]Submit crash reports

[] represents check boxes and [/] represents check checkmark boxes

Option: use hardware acceleration when available in "Browsing"
You can try reads wyrdoak links about macromedia. It have solution to disable hardware acceleration in flash player.
What version of firefox you using? and VGA type?
type : inxi -Gx in terminal to know
