issues with the new mint 12 lxde

really whats mint going to?
i burn the image of the mint12lxde.iso and all i keep getting is no partition or ui image found?????
tried startx
live
liveusb
livecd
livedvd
boot
...etc.....
nothing?
running it off a dvdrw.wth is going on with mint nowadays?help please.

may I suggest you either got a bad download or burn.
It works flawlessly here.
did you check the MD5sum?
try downloading again or burning at a slower rate.

retrying the 4th install.
reinstalled mint12 gnome3(my own remixed version) and using gnomebaker,as k3b in kubuntu might have been the problem.i'll let you know after this...

didnt work...got the download from distrowatch.com
same thing...
no DEFAULT or ui configuration found????
what is that?

Give us a little more to go on.
What machine are you trying to load it on are you using the livecd?
have you tried the failsafe setting.
when you burn the .iso are you using the burning software's .iso function?
If the download matches the MD5sum ?

sorry i didnt give an update that night.it installed,but,wasnt really all that pleased.

There are alot of places to download from. Try a different place.
Maybe DW iso is corrupt.
