Wanting to create an RDP terminal

I've installed Mint 12 LXDE on a new Acer Aspire One 722 netbook using only a USB drive. I've removed the internal hard drive that came with it. All seems to work well. It's only purpose is to run as an RDP client. I'm using rdesktop and it's working well.
What I'd like to accomplish now is the elimination of everything except rdesktop. When the user turns this computer on, I want it to boot up, auto logon, and run rdesktop. No other choices. The connection is via WiFi, so I'll need that to establish a connection to the network. This is probably the wrong terminology, but I want rdesktop to be the shell. The user shouldn't even be able to exit rdesktop, but if they do, the computer should log them off and not let them do anything else.
I suppose for administration purposes, I need another account (root?) that will give me a normal desktop that I can use to make changes or update software.
How close can I get to that scenario? And, how do I do it???
