Openbox --replace & GDM.

I posted another thread in "Gnome Desktop" category. I have been having a problem running Java apps like Minecraft in fullscreen with openbox. F11 begins to make the app run fullscreen then it returns to the same size before F11. Fullscreen is the only way to run certain apps correctly as the mouse begins to act outside of the window and sometimes does funny things on the desktop :O . Is there a way to either make Metacity handle all Java applications? Or does anyone know of a fix too the Java+openbox not allowing fullscreen? Thanks for you're help!
