My computer doesn't see ethernet connession

i'm new on linux and linux mint and this is my first pos; my ethernet connession doesn't work, i looked other post but the answer didn't match.
this is the otput if i run ifconfig:

i have linux mint 14 32-bit, the guide also suggest to add inxi output CPU~Dual core Intel CPU U2300 (-MCP-) clocked at 1200.023 Mhz Kernel~3.5.0-17-generic i686 Up~54 min Mem~259.5/1948.9MB HDD~250.1GB(2.7% used) Procs~141 Client~shell inxi~1.8.4
