Lenovo ideapad n581 kernel module?

I just got an lenovo ideapad n581.

Neither ethernet nor wifi is working, so how can I install the right modules?

dmesg output
lsmod output
lspci output

Any ideas?

Wifi tries to connect, but doesn't work :/

I just installed fresh Nadia with Mate!
