[SAMBA] Performance Lag - After TCP_NODELAY

Postby lordbalmung on Sat Sep 21, 2013 8:36 pm

Hope my title makes it clear, yet here it is in detail

Issue: SAMBA connection to windows share is very very slow.
compare: In windows 8 I get a transfer rate of 30 MB/s which is cut down to 1.6 MB/s in linux
trials: I've tried searching the internet and activated ONLY the TCP_NODELAY in smb.conf (/etc/samba/smb.conf and /usr/share/samba/smb.conf) with no luck.

Can ANYONE! help me figure out the cause of this bug? Oh yea.. almost forgot, I'm kinda desparate :)
